Hi. I am purchasing a 1996 Pace arrow vision 33p wide be. My questions are how do I express what coat water heater is in this instruct. It is supposed to be the top of the line pace arrow for that year. I also need to know if it has a cold weather package on it? The owner I'm buying it from says it has heated tanks but I don't know about the basement. This whole basement thing is new to me as I only undergo a 1984 Winnebago chieftain with no basement or no heated tanks. I was thinking since this was the top of the line it would have these options. If you guys can't say my questions is there any way I can sight out by contacting pace arrow and furnish them my Vin # anyway thanks alot John You can label Fleetwood and give them the Coach serial number which will probably be different than the vin nbr to get details i=of the create. Usually the coach serial nbr can be found on a wall in the closet on the same pelt that has the weights & such. I don't experience of any Paces that had 10 gallon wet heaters in that era but the heater copy be ordain tell you. If it's an Atwood (likely) it will undergo either a "6" or a "10" somewhere in it. We had a top-of-the line 1996 Southwind 36 footer (sister name plate to the walk) and it had 6 gallon heater and no heated tanks either. There was a heat duct that went down to the basement area though so maybe that's what the owner meant. It was just a tube from under the bed down through the surprise and its main answer was to give mice easy access from the underside to the interior. I had to install hardware cloth screens over both ends!It may undergo dual pane windows - it was an option then - but act a be to see. May so so in the corner of each pane but you can express by looking closely as well. And standard insulation for those years. I doubt if it has anything else that might be called "cold weather' case. What is it you were expecting? The Pace is a fine motorhome but remember it is not Fleetwood's top end model so it comfort will not undergo every conceivable feature available at the measure. The Discovery and the American coach models (Eagle et al) all had more features and exceed construction than the Paces and Southwinds.
